In what context -- book, essay, etc. -- did Rabbi Liva ben Bezalel say

Rabbi Liva ben Bezalel is also known as Rabbi Low. He died in 1609
and is perhaps best known in secular contexts for the legend of
"Golem", a soulless man-made creature that prefigures "robots" of
classical science fiction.
